when we were young

Welcome to Josh’s Turkish Surprise

Today, I, Joshua Tan will tell you more about my life, in a nutshell.

Life after poly has been really slack. Until its time for me to serve the nation, my life will be like this. Simple, yet complicated in ways I do not understand as well.

I make up part of the majority of men who do not like to follow women shopping. This is clearly evident as I find Bread Talk Transit located at the basement of Wisma Atria highly amusing. Like a place to deposit your men before going shopping.

I’m looking forward to the day I get my Vespa. I’ve thought about where I’d go and who I’d take pillion, only she is too scared to sit on a two wheeled motor vechicle but prefers the mechinical way called cycling.

Oh yes, if you do have chocolate cake, you must share because I’m the only one who knows how to appreciate it.

I find the cartoon on sleeping psychology very amusing.

Cathay at Downtown East is open. That shall be my new playground. Hehehe.

I think in my previous life I was a professional conman, or Betris is just really gullible.

will of the lost

So friday we went to see yet another worship concert at sexpo. Planetshakers and Tim Hughes. Deaf as i may be, i thought the system in there was too loud.

Planetshakers lived up to my expectations as being real rock hard punks that spread god’s word. Tim Hughes’ band was more toned down, balanced and pleasant.

The whole event was kinda like a silent reminder or rather enlightenment on where my life is supposed to go compared to where i am headed now.

Nonetheless, i truly enjoyed myself as i reminisced about similar themed events like this Genesis used to hold/facilitate. In conclusion, i thank God for my friends around me who made me participation in this event possible, both “tickets and seats” wise.
